Set amongst ancient olive groves, this beautiful contemporary villa is within very easy reach of inexpensive restaurants in local villages and within easy reach of the magnificent coastline with beach clubs. Sprinkled across the slopes above the wide sandy beaches of southern Puglia are small villages, where time has not stood still but seems to run at a rather more leisurely pace. Such is the setting for this beautiful new villa, set between the seaside village of Torre Vado and the inland village of Morciano, surrounded by its own sun-soaked olive groves, and built with contemporary facilities including air conditioning. Within the villa, the well-equipped kitchen with pretty tiles is open-plan to a comfortable and characterful sitting/dining room with beautiful vaulted ceilings.
