Enter via the private gate and stroll down the shaded pathway of your tropical courtyard. Step through glass doors into the living room, positioned for optimum sea views and daylight. Wander from the open-plan kitchen into the spacious ensuite bedroom and bathroom.
Then climb the grand staircase to discover an enormous master suite, two guest suites and a study area. You pause on the glass balcony to survey the view. The outdoor dining terrace, sun deck and private pool beckons below.
Four Bedroom Beach Residences
Elegant spaces channelling contemporary beach vibes. Ultra-comfortable beds tempt you to delay starting your day a little longer. Crisp quality linen. Super-size pillows. Another perfect morning for breakfast in bed.
Occupying 110 square metres of luxurious space, the master suite accords residents the most spectacular ocean views, a palatial 2.3-metre bed faces the glass-fronted balcony, and two richly upholstered armchairs provide a corner for reading. Just relaxing to the sound of the waves lapping the shore, wide teakwood doors to one side of the bedroom slide open to reveal a statement bathtub perfectly positioned for ocean-view bathing, and lead to an outdoor shower courtyard and a huge walk-in rain shower, behind is a dressing area with multiple wardrobes, seating, and a long vanity with double basins.
The two almost identical upper-level Guest Suites overlook the rear gardens, one of the suites offers a king-sized bed and the other offers twin beds. Both suites have access to individual balconies that reveal statement bathtubs concealed behind decorative screens. With comfortable living spaces, dressing areas, indoor bathrooms, and walk-in rain showers that complete these chic suites.
The garden level Guest Suite is located adjacent to the living area and has twin beds and ensuite bathrooms with rain showers.

This two-story Residence expands outwards from the vast living room. Floor-to-ceiling windows optimise sea views. To one side of the living area is a kitchen. On the other side, a bar/kitchen. The glass doors can be rolled back for direct access to two dining terraces.
In the centre, two 11m (36ft) pools slice between two sundecks. A single ensuite bedroom and guest bathroom are behind the kitchen. Upstairs, a huge open plan living area connects two wings. Each wing has its own staircase, study area, and sea-view master suites. At the rear are two ensuite guest bedrooms.
The Amilla Estate
This spacious Residence radiates laid-back tropical vibes. It’s perfect for groups of up to 14 people. With private amenities for your group’s exclusive use, everything is at your fingertips. From the rooftop bar to the cinema room and private spa – this is your private kingdom.
The scene – a horseshoe-shaped tropical mansion. A 20m (65ft) pool is nestled in the centre, surrounded by a sandy courtyard garden leading to the beach. Floor-to-ceiling windows reveal a comfortable living area, study/library, guest bedroom, and bathroom to one side. In the centre; a fully equipped kitchen, service kitchen and quarters for your staff behind it.
To the right lies a dining area, cinema room, games room, and al fresco dining/bar area. Climb the stairs to discover five ensuite bedroom suites on one wing. The other wing houses the gym and spa with sauna/steam room. A spiral staircase leads up to the rooftop cocktail lounge/sun terrace.
