Upon entry on the lower level, a grand foyer with stylish lighting leads to an open-concept space comprising a lounge, dining area, kitchen, utility room, and a snug/playroom.
The kitchen, with a sizable island/breakfast bar, also includes essentials like a large oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, spacious fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, and various kitchen gadgets. A solid wood dining table accommodates 10.
In addition, the utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, American-style fridge freezer, and a sink/drainer.
The Snug serves as an entertainment hub with a 50″ UHD 4K TV, streaming options, Blu-ray player, film collection, board games, puzzles, books, L-shaped sofa, coffee table, and a convertible pool/snooker table.
On this level, two bedrooms are present. Bedroom One is a spacious master with a super king bed, writing table, and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom Two has two single beds (convertible into a double), a writing table, and a bathroom.
Furthermore, the house has high-speed fiber optic internet, air conditioning, central heating, and a monitored security alarm, ensuring connectivity, comfort, and safety in the low-crime area of La Font.
Upstairs
Upstairs, three bedrooms await. Bedroom Three has two single beds (convertible into a double), a balcony with outdoor furniture, and an en-suite bath/shower. The fourth bedroom, a second master, features a super king bed, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and a scenic balcony. Finally, Bedroom Five has a super king bed, a gin & tonic balcony with mountain views, and an en-suite bath/shower. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms, blackout blinds, mosquito nets, and ample storage with built-in wardrobes, cabinets, and drawers. Two master bedrooms have a discreet safe.
Outside at Villa Esquina
The backyard has a 15-meter heated pool with a salt-water system and an electric cover. It’s great for kids and adults. Moreover, in the South East corner, a large Bali-bed and Hammock area is surrounded by tropical plants, offering a relaxing spot for afternoons and sunset views over the mountains.
