The reception area occupies a side room by the entrance in what would have once been a traditional service room. Transformed into a welcoming space where they now extend our signature cordial service on your arrival, take a seat while we see to your check in. The magnificent oil on canvas paintings of the house’s owners Pietro Rosselli and Alusietta Massa, hang proudly on the dusky rose walls, giving you a warm welcome at the indulgent residence that recalls times past while embracing contemporary tastes and standards.

On the subterranean level, Under Grain transports you to a refined experience. For three consecutive years, Under Grain was awarded with a One MICHELIN Star, and due to high popularity, there is a waiting list to dine here. Immerse yourself in an environment of informal luxury. The flagship haute cuisine restaurant Under Grain is one of the first of only five restaurants to clinch a MICHELIN Star on the island just five months after opening in 2020 and has retained it for two consecutive years. Grain Street is a fashionable and convivial eatery, offering flavour-loaded plates designed to share in our stylish interiors or al fresco in the heart of Merchants Street. Tuck into colourful and appetising spreads, worthy of the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand accolade and tailored by the very same team that brought you MICHELIN-starred Under Grain, paired with the finest of wines all served by the glass or by the bottle.
Over Grain
Set on our rooftop, Over Grain is an innovative, exclusive and luxurious space where connoisseurs of refined al fresco culture gather to float above the Valletta skyline and discover a higher state of unwind.
